I’ve been using a cheap ocean lure with lots of success for fresh water bass. It seems to be more technique than the lure itself. The most expensive lure I have bought was for ocean fishing and the combo of the flasher and lure was about thirty bucks. I have seen much more expensive ones in the hundreds for the big boys.
